Bolder Nights: a monthly extravaganza of live music, fine art and two kinds of unique theater!

Sunday, February 12, will see the debut of Bolder Nights, a monthly evening of live music, fine art and unique theatre that springboards off of Hitching Post Theatre, an event that has been a mainstay at the Nomad Theatre for the past three years that presented local musical acts as well as one-act plays written, rehearsed, and presented in one day.

The new Bolder Nights has taken that formula and added a new feature…the first episode of a three-part mini-series called Bolder Serial. The play series will last for three months with the same writer, cast, and story line. Each of the three 30-minute monthly “episodes” will have a month for production. After each performance there will be an audience talk-back, at which point the audience will help “stir the plot” and decide the fate of the characters.

Performance Dates: February 12 at 7 p.m.; March 11 at 6:30 p.m.; April 8 at 6:30 p.m.

7:00 – Doors open – Art in the lobby and live music on stage.
7:30 – 2 short plays, written, rehearsed, and presented that day.
8:00 – Meet and greet with artists, actors, writers, directors.
8:30 – Snap, Crackle, Pop! All new Bolder Serial.
